Nehama Hanoch is an associate at Groom where she counsels clients on matters related to litigation, defending plan sponsors, fiduciaries, service providers, and more in class actions involving administrative fees, investment performance, employee stock ownership plans (“ESOPs”), and more. 

Prior to Groom, she was an associate in the Corporate Litigation and Counseling practice of a Delaware law firm.  In that role, she helped represent clients in the Delaware Court of Chancery in matters concerning breach of fiduciary duty and various corporate governance disputes.

Nehama has experience navigating clients through all stages of litigation, from the pleadings and discovery to trial and appeal.  As a practitioner, Nehama is committed to the details and proactive in developing strategy with her colleagues to help clients reach favorable outcomes.
