Rosemary Loehr is an associate in Groom’s Litigation practice group. She counsels clients from prelawsuit investigations through to trial and appeal. She has experience in the day-to-day efforts of moving cases forward, including responding to and preparing discovery requests, taking depositions, and drafting and arguing dispositive motions. She has also taken cases to trial and drafted several appellate briefs. Her work includes both state and federal court proceedings.
Prior to joining Groom, Rosemary completed two federal appellate clerkships and interned for a federal district court judge. She received her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where she was a teaching fellow and an editor on the Environmental Law Review.
In her spare time, Rosemary can be found outdoors training for her next marathon or backpacking through a domestic or international mountain range.
