Kelly Geloneck will speak as a panelist for Employee Benefits Hot Topics Part One: Plan/Policy Design and Administration. The panel will discuss hot topics and recent developments in employee benefit plan/policy design and administration.
Ryan Temme will moderate the panel Mental Health Parity and the No Surprises Act: Navigating the Latest Guidance and Enforcement Trends. The panel will examine the latest developments in regulatory guidance, litigation and enforcement of the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008 (“MHPAEA”) and the No Surprises Act.
