Groom attorneys discussed two major decisions from the most recent term of the Supreme Court that create major changes in the way in which regulated entities challenge agency actions. 

We reviewed the demise of Chevron deference, expanded statutes of limitations for challenges to agency rulemaking, and the potentially massive implications for retirement and welfare plans subject to federal regulation.  We also provided an initial review of the lower court rulings that have already been issued in light of the Court discarding Chevron deference.
