The Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) hosted its Creating Pathways to Diversity Conference October 14-16, 2019 in New York City, New York. Groom, an ongoing sponsor of MCCA, was proud to team up with MCCA, Amazon and IBM to present a hands-on workshop, “Beyond the Resume: How to Bring Your Best Interview Game.” The presenters highlighted unique interviewing approaches for in-house and law firm interviews of all levels and industries and then broke up into teams to coach participants in how to “tell their story” and connect with interviewers.
